darwintIQ is an analysis platform for traders who want data-driven insights without building strategies from scratch.
What is darwintIQ?
darwintIQ maintains a continuously evolving population of trading models based on a Genetic Algorithm. Each model is backtested on a rolling four-hour window of recent market data. This evaluation window advances forward minute by minute, so models are always tested against the latest conditions.
During this process, both strategy parameters and position-management parameters undergo mutation. Poorly performing variants are discarded, while more adaptive variants persist. This creates a continuously adapting model population rather than a fixed strategy set.
Model fitness is not determined by profit alone. darwintIQ evaluates stability and behavioural consistency using multiple statistics, including volatility of returns, Sharpe ratio, Jensen–Shannon divergence of trade distributions, win/loss structure, and related measures.
As market conditions shift, fitness changes emerge naturally through observed behaviour on the rolling window. No hypothetical scenarios or stress simulations are applied — adaptation is inferred from live performance dynamics.
