Using filters (fittest, latest, entry move)
darwintIQ lets you sort and filter Trading Models so you can quickly find the Trading Model that matches your intent.
Important distinction:
- These are dashboard list filters / sort modes
- They are not the same thing as a Trading Model's own Regime Filter
If you want to understand filters like SMA, RSI, RsiBand, or TrendRegimeFilter, see Regime Filter types explained.
Sort modes
- Fittest: best overall fitness score (performance + consistency).
- Latest: Trading Models with the most recent valid entry.
- Entry Move: Trading Models sorted by signed pip movement since the last entry (measured now).
When to use which
- Choose Fittest when you want stability and repeatability.
- Choose Latest when timing matters and you want Trading Models with very recent entry activity.
- Choose Entry Move when you want to inspect post-entry movement context without implying a forecast.
